Dr. Mary Newstrom is an internationally known Shamanic Teacher, Holy Fire Reiki Teacher and Spiritual Minister teaching earth-centered healing through an Animist and Shamanic lens. She founded Zenith High LLC and created Spirit Flow~ shamanic study programs. She is committed to helping women & men develop a strong sense of purpose as they examine and understand how to stand clearly in their power.

In 1999, Mary started studying earth-based spirituality under the guidance of Loui Pieper. Dr. Newstrom continued her training with world renown teachers Shaman Amelia Ronin Panduro, Ayahuscera Selva Divinorum, Sandra Ingerman and Betsy Bergstrom to deepen her knowledge of the interconnection of plants, people, and animals.

Based out of Minneapolis, MN, she travels extensively, partnering with other visionary leaders in the field to deliver life-changing shamanic experiences in an easy-to-understand ways that allows the concepts to be applied in the contemporary world. Dr. Newstrom runs Zenith High Training and Wellness Center in Saint Louis Park, MN.
